Siglent retractable hook tip removal
« on: May 27, 2017, 02:37:03 am »
Hi,

today I found a new Siglent oscilloscope in my mail, and in the package I found two PP215 probes with retractable hook tips.

And I hate it to post such a dump and silly question with my first posting, but I can't wait for support people returning on Monday, so here it is:

How do I remove the retractable hook tips?

Greetings

On my Rigol scope they just pull right off. Just give them a tug and they should pop off, and then you can just snap them back on when you want to use them.

Ok, I used the force (Luke) and it came off. Thank you very much!
