[UK, Scotland] Motor control panel design and build

I am looking for an individual to take on the design and build of a motor control panel/cabinet to high-level requirements.
The panel is to control two three-phase pumps in the 4kW range using variable frequency drives (Schneider Electric) and integrate a few basic controls and indicators as well as important safety features.
I am looking for someone to discuss and finalise the high level requirements with, then that person will do the detailed design, build and perhaps installation in Aberdeen if feasible.

This is a one-off job for an experienced and competent individual.
