FYI: South Africa offers Scare Skills Visas

South Africa offers one year Scare Skills Visas for applicant and family to allow foreign migrants time to find employment which will then qualify applicant for permanent residence.

.... sounds interesting, whom the applicants are going to scare skillfully ? :)
