Unzipping the files, there's references to: /Users/Richard/Dropbox/EAGLE-7.2.0/projects/7135 Drivers/17mmMLSpecV3 Maybe 'Richard' has a blog? My Google could not find any links.

Otherwise, without the original project files/schematics, importing the layers from gerber (in Kicad to PCB New) gets messy. Plus, at a glance, this pcb might have as many DRC errors as there are pads and tracks? Anyone wanting to do a correct design job for you, will need more than the ready-to-fab files from our friends at OSH Park.

Fully agree with Syntax Error - the design appears to have many DRC issues.
deved - I'd recommend a full re-layout of the board.
Just need a schematic.

OK, thank for input - here's the schematics, it's a linear flashlight driver to control the current deliverd to the LED (powered by a single 18650 3,7V battery).

I would need to add 2 more parts (not included in the schema) - SMD diode and proper resistor to indicate "on" state of the flashlight - it should be place on the bottom part.

If this schematic is all you need, then I can help. Inform me about what you want to modify and form factor... and I will see.
