Posting on behalf of a colleague, since I know the requirements, and I am a long term advisor to the employer.

Required embedded systems capable person to work on an existing product and get it working and out the door, and new products, if desired.

Flexible work environment, small team in Prahran, Melbourne.

-   micro-controllers, C language, embedded tool-chain experience, JTAG debugging, embedded Linux , bla bla bla

ability to debug hardware/software interrelated problems an advantage.

Existing product- MSP430 micro where most of the work is done.  - in C.

numerous peripherals to talk to , GPS,bio sensors, wifi, accelerometers, strain gauges  etc

also embedded linux on TI Da Vinci which only requires rebuilding kernel  from time to time, troubleshooting boot issues etc..
