Embedded s/w developer in Toronto, ON

I have a consulting business, developing electronics for a hospital equipment manufacturer. I'm looking for an experienced embedded developer (C/C++). My primary target is various Microchip CPUs and ARM. Candidate needs to be able to read schematics, debug a new, untested board, possibly with defects and/or bugs. Comfortable with use of test equipment such as logic analyzer, scope, multi-meter etc. Ideally has at least some knowledge of electronics.

Experience with other areas of programming, such as PC programming, is a bonus. Knowledge of Perl or Python (or other scripting language).
