Job qoute - PCB redesign

Small job requiring help with redesigning a pcb,  current pcb is a front panel control for a TV consisting of 8  tactile buttons and an IR sensor.  Replacment PCB will be in a different form/size and 4 buttons (volume up/down, ch up/down) will need to be converted into 2 rotary encoders. If anyone is interested PM me and ill send more specifics for you to qoute a price.
