Looking for an experienced Electronic Engineer -USA only & prefer EAST COAST

 I am looking for an experienced Electronic & Mechanical engineer with a BA degree in these specialized areas.
The person or firm has to know how to work with light weight PCB designs. They would also be familiar with wifi connectivity for remote control. It is not a job for someone who focuses on websites and software. The project is to make me 1 prototype. Big plus if the person has a project managerial background along with design, and manufacturing connections, however, it is not as crucial at this time. Since I am based in NYC would prefer to work with someone local -up to up to-3-4 hours away.  For the right candidate I am willing to work remote however, not as ideal.
