Looking for Freelance creative Tech people, East London

I'm searching for 1-3 solid creative tech folks to assist us with upcoming install prep and installation.
1x software dev who is comfy with hardware
  Anytime between now and mid nov

1x electronic technician who can cut cables, solder, has a brain, sensible, and doesn’t mind testing IP cams for example :-)
Next 3 -6 weeks  1-2 weeks of work

1x senior electronic technician… better than the person above :-)
