Need help from a EV charging electrical expert, willing to pay $ for consulting

I work for an EV charging manufacturer and we are having issues with our simple plug and charge L2 48A charger that we designed ourselves. We are getting intermittent issues where the charger goes into fault mode, almost always with hybrids, not with BEVs.

Does anyone here want to help with some consulting work?! Happy to pay for the help and perhaps we could have a long term relationship.
