Doubt it. Killer at that rate of pay is being in the middle of London and as many others have said, easier to find a IT job and get paid £60k and much more for half the hassle. If TWSU company moved to Huddersfield or Doncaster and kept the £30k to £40k pay scale, then there probably be more potential EE's and electronics graduates apply who have no wish to live in the south east of England.

I did some bit-banging the other day! It was a 128 x 64 Graphic LCD and I used an arduino because they're cheap and quick to program.

Just wanted to demonstrate that I can learn from my mistakes!
