Seeing lots of recruitment ADs coming from U.S. state of South Dakota

Hi, I'm not a droid or recruiter, but have been testing the waters...
   Noticed, lately, that South Dakota has ramped up an aggressive campaign to attract talent, although myself I might be more comfortable interested in Tech-heavy regions.

   Folks coming in with Medical related backgrounds should have easy time landing a position.  I'm not with enough resources myself, to recommend or not, (California hole-dweller).  But just wanted to pass along that impression, that South Dakota wants some attention, looking to maybe 'steal' a few talented health field or agriculture science people.  Also some various manufacturing tech jobs.

   My (California state) local area is more and more likely, to LOSE local retail access, to medical drug  prescription convenient access, due to....drug stores CLOSING for good, right here, almost down the street from my house.   Which is why I bother to take the time to pay attention, to JOB recruitment ADs even in distant South Dakota.
