Firmware Engineer needed - San Diego

Hello everyone,
Me & My friend are working on a prototype device. We are looking for someone who can help us with firmware and programming microprocessors for our prototype.
Our Device will have a microprocessor which will control LED lights and motors based on the sound information that we will be sending to it. Lights will have to light up in specific patterns.

Ideally, we are looking for someone from San Diego area in order to work more efficiently.

Can you share more details on the forum? If you can, that will save you time versus replying to a couple dozen private messages.

For example, do you want your device to react to simple stimulus, like amplitude? Or specific frequencies (eg FFT)? Or certain groups of frequencies in some order? Do you already have your analog front end ready, with a nice voltage ready for the ADC? Or do you want someone with opamp experience to do that for you?

The LED and motor control is probably very simple.
Currently developing STM8 and STM32. Past includes 6809, Z80, 8086, PIC, MIPS, PNX1302, and some 8748 and 6805. Check out my public code on github. https://github.com/unfrozen

Thank you for your advice.

Basically the idea is to send the sound information that will be coming from TV via Bluetooth to the PSB board with microprocessor and our LED and motors will be responding in different ways to the specific frequencies that we receive. We currently have a rough working prototype that was created with many different parts and modules (it looks like a Frankenstein right now). Our next step is to create our own PSB board with all the needed modules on it and instead of controlling everything manually, allow the microprocessor do the job and send signals where they are needed. Unfortunately, we don't have voltage ready for the ADC. This is something that we will need some help as well.
We also would like to send the sound that we receive to the speakers  (not sure how easily it will be possible).

I apologize if some parts are still confusing. I don't have a proper background working with Hardware & Firmware on a low level and my knowledge is limited in that area.
I will appreciate any help or suggestions.
