What we're really after is someone with mixed hardware and software skills, a SW engineer who's got experience with embedded software on smallish / low-power microcontrollers. Someone who is comfortable with low level debugging and has enough electronics knowledge to understand a schematic, use a scope, etc. Most of our work is some combination of wireless communications, low power, and sensing systems, and a lot of us are people who've left big corporate environments and found refuge in a small business with less of the  . The "minimum requirements" on the jobs page is somewhat negotiable so don't get hung up on it (it's a management person's minimum not and engineer's  )
