[UK] Joffra Repair

At work I have an old Joffra (all Silver), does -20 to 120°C but recently it started to struggle to get down to -20°C and would only -10°C but the other day while sat at 100°C it suddenly stopped holding and just dropped the temp. So looking for someone UK based who has knowledge of these things to do a repair. Ametek have said its obsolete so won't repair it.
