US-IL, Contract - Printer Cartridge Binary Reverse Engineer Wanted

In short, I have binary dumps from a few printer cartridges (contains information such as material type, lot #, remaining quantity, serial number, etc). Essentially I am looking to decode the content and create a "generator" that will make identical binaries that can be used on the printer. Example of one of these dumps attached.
