can anyone explain to me how you did this on linux   ? ? ?

but I don't know how to insert it

.MSI file is Windows specific installation package file.
You can try to use Wine to run it under Linux

Samacsys's symbols and footprints can be downloaded with only a web browser so you don't need a program but you still need to register for an account. Also their symbols will require a few minutes massaging to be suitable for KiCad, sometimes the pins are not in a sensible layout and usually the pin types default to Undefined which causes problems with ERC later. Sometimes it's faster just to make your own symbol in KiCad.
