8.0.4 BOM crash

Anyone else run into this?

It seems if in project A I generate a bom from the schematic editor into bom/foo.csv and tell it to use a path relative to the project, then when I go to project B, which doesn't have a 'bom' subdir, and try to generate a bom it either crashes on start or generates nothing...
