Title: Kicad 5.1.5 how to import footprint changes from PCBnew to Eeschema

Guys, my question is simple. When I change a package association in the PCBnew (right click on component, change footprint), how do I import this change to Eeschema?
Is it even possible?

PCBnew: File -> Export -> Footprint association file (.cmp)

Eeschema: File -> Import -> Footprint association file
