Looks like it fixes the issue with the symbol editor that prevented you from adding multiple pins. Thats a plus!  :-+

That is indeed among the 60+ bug fixes.

For KiCad, increments in the third number are mostly bug fixes, and upgrades should always be safe, but if your company depends on it then wait at least a week after a new version is released.
These bug fix releases are made approximately once a month, so it's worth checking every now and then for updates.
