Title: Selectable Middle mouse button panning-Now enabled (Rev 3508)

Just to let everyone know that selectable Middle mouse button panning is now available in the latest Testing version of Kicad (Rev 3508).  The developers are working hard on scripting support and a new file format (including nanometer resolution) so new features are not the main priority at the moment. It's mainly newcomers to the development team who have done the work on the panning feature.
Anyway check it out.

Great, I've been using the builds from picaxe.cz and haven't noticed the new feature !
