Is there any way in KiCad 6 to get teardrops and filets on traces?
I kinda remember seeing there was some plugin for that, but that would be best if it didn't require any plugin. Or if, at least, that was one of the officially supported plugins. Which it doesn't seem to be.
Any idea?

Automatically? As far as I know: no, only with plugins.
Manually: yes, you can. If you draw shapes on the copper layer, you may then convert them to fill zones or traces and associate with target nets. With arcs and holding Ctrl for snapping it’s not that hard to get what you want. But that is really tedious work. Unless you are being paid to do so, have a technical reason to use teardrops/filets or just preparing a show off board, I would avoid that option as much as possible.

The teardrop plugin was intended for KiCAD 5, and wasn't updated for KiCAD 6. (tested, never used)
Your best chance is 7 beta (6.99) :

Nice feature. But I'll wait for v7. Not risking the beta.
