How do I add V-Score grooves to my design?
I cant find anything on youtube or google.
Except one by the looks outdated yahoo guide which I cant download.

In Kicad you add lines to "edge cuts" layer. Then export them to a separate mechanical gerber file.

I have been using edge cuts for the PCB shape.
I take it that is wrong.

There end part that is showing yellow is due to the fill zone.

It's a matter of how you export your gerbers. I'd say, show gerbers to your manufacturer before going forward with production.

When you do your edge layer how do you differentiate between mill cuts and v-grooves?

I've just drawn lines of 0.1mm width, exported them to a separate edge_cuts layer and sent gerbers to seed, got boards back with v-scoring. Here are my files:
