most calculation is temp dependent according to the Arrhenius equation

Rule of thumb...every chemical reaction doubles with every 10 deg F increase in temperature

EG a lytics cap rated at 2000 hrs 85 Dec C will fail in 1000 hrs if running at 95 deg C
