Title: Advice on pin in paste / through hole reflow stencil

Anyone doing pin in paste?  I'm using the tool from Indium to calculate my apertures but I'm not sure if it's worth going to things like step stencils.  My apertures are pretty large but they have decent clearance from other stuff. Anything to look out for?
