JLCPCB: buy just parts, no pcb ??

jlcpcb's SMT library offers parts which are head-scratchingly cheap.  Example:

STM32F405 RGT6:  jlc sells this part for LESS than half (HALF - bloody HALF) the price compared to north american distributors (digi,newark,mouser,avnet,future,arrow). 

Has anyone bought parts only (no pcb) from jlcpcb ??    I emailed them, but alas, radio silence.

You could buy the parts from LCSC which is a stockist and sister company of JLCPCB. There are minimum quantity limits and shipping charges of course.

Ah... LCSC.    Beauty.   OK, so I just placed an order.... we'll see how it goes.

I think LCSC are used by many members of this forum. Also Dave's review of the 1 cent voltage regulator (eevblog 1147) the parts came from lcsc.

I certainly bought quite a few orders from there, they're insanely good value especially passives etc.

Also some of the Asian / Chinese parts are really good, even if their datasheets are sometimes a bit difficult to understand.

I use it for passives and similar jellybean stuff like LED. They are super cheap, often an order of magnitude cheaper than Digikey et. al. I've already created a thread here with specific examples, when the exact same part (same manufacturer, same part number down to the last letter) is many times more expensive at Digikey than at LCSC.
