Chip on board manufacturer recommendations

Hi

We've got a high volume product and we are looking for a good pcb assembly house (far east) that can handle chip on board - has anyone used someone in the past they can recommend?

A western based (ideal UK) low volume assembly house for future prototypes would also be good if anyone has any prior experience?

Try the following PCB / PCBA shop whom we have used for a number of projects with excellent results for bare PCBs and PCBAs for key house accounts including medical. They build for some large OEMs and the quality has been close to perfect. Had only one issue with a PCB where the connector was slightly off on the through hole mount - nothing serious.

We have not done COB but you can always ask them. I think they are more capable than most shops. Also consider them to do a few pieces of build for your validation of the prototypes.

Just be very clear on your specs; share pictures (if applicable) and be patient on the dialog - otherwise this shop is very competitive with positive results.
