does any one offer a prototype assembly service in the uk?

i just need 1 prototype board assembled, i have the pcbs and parts but need them assembled.
(i have tried a few times my self but spend more time working out if my assembly is crappy or the design lol)

can any one here assemble smd pcb boards :) (x2 0.5mm / mostly 0603s)

yes bud quote seams very reasonable :) im still waiting for the pcbs to turn up, the second they do i will send you my address for invoice :)
how long does assembly take?

What is the smallest resistor and IC package the you can handle? I assume you can handle 0603, SOT-23's and SSOP packages?

I quote 10 days usually, but for a one-off it should be quicker.

What is the smallest resistor and IC package the you can handle? I assume you can handle 0603, SOT-23's and SSOP packages?

Absolutely. The smallest I will consider is 0402, and 0.4mm pin pitch - though each quote is assessed individually. I will consider small BGAs also but they are done at the customers own risk.
