Does anyone have experience using PCB Assembly Express?

After a unpleasant experience with a consigned PCB assembly order through a Chinese company, I am looking for a PCB assembler in the United States. I have received about a dozen quotes, and so far, PCB Assembly Express is the cheapest by a wide margin. Has anyone else here used their services? I would appreciate any information, either good or bad.
