Has anyone used one of these?

https://kaisertech.co.uk/quick-870esd-hot-plate-area-180x200mm-800w-preheater-reflow

I've asked them for examples of any companies that use them and if there are any reviews or feedback they can give me before I buy one. It looks like it may also be useful for pre-heating a board whilst using a hot air pencil as well as a kind of mini-oven. I wonder if this would work?
I don't want to spend over £100 on an electrically unsafe Chinese hotplate that heats a board unevenly and has to be modified to make it work properly.

PS They sell JBC equipment, so I'm hoping that they don't sell stuff that isn't fit for purpose.
PPS I've bought one of these, and it will be with me towards the end of the week. I might do a YouTube video review later on. I have to create a SMD based project first. But the whole point of the purchase is to get more SMD exposure and experience.

Quick makes good equipment, so I guess it should be OK.

The chinese IR preheaters are OK. Of course you have to check that the metal enclosure is properly earthed when you receive it, but that is about it.
