Fast turnkey pcb/fpc + smt vendors outside of China?

Been looking for alternatives to the usual suspects JLC and PCBway, i.e. in Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam.

Main reason being that every now and then, parts are not avail on LCSC, so you end up with lots of emails and an extra 10-days through customs...

Any tips?
