Anyone know which pcb manufacturer is good for 8 to 12 layers pcb?

For 8 layers currently hqpcb has the best price (~$80). About $90 for 3.5mil trace/spacing and 0.2mm drills.

10 layers or more is tough. It isn't very common so the price skyrockets.
