J-STD-020D vs E Reflow Parameters/Tables
« on: December 31, 2017, 03:06:05 am »
Anyone have access to the newest J-STD-020 standard (version E) that can confirm that the suggested reflow parameters/tables for lead-free and lead-ed haven't changed since version D? I only have access to version D and wanted to make sure this hasn't changed in version E before I accidentally make a liar out of myself. Thanks all!

As much as I appreciate the link, let's just say my Chinese seems to be too rusty to effectively navigate the site...

Click this button.

Thank you very much sir. For those you may find this post in a search one day: The end result is there is no change in suggested reflow parameters from vD to vE.
