Siplace Smart Feeder spare parts.

Hello everyone!
Before I receive permission to view the parts catalog for our machines, I would like to ask you if there is a spare part for SIPLACE Smart Feeder-8. I mean the reel locking element.
I have the impression that this element is micro-welded, but I have a few to repair because the locks are bent. It would be a shame to scrap them.
