how to buy LiitoKala batteries and chargers direct

I am working with an outfit that is making lighted safety vests and they are going into production.  They need to buy batteries and chargers in bulk.  The selected manufacturer is LiitoKala, and they can buy lots of these on AliExpress, but they'd like to buy direct from the manufacturer.  They have already purchased a lot of 250 batteries and chargers, but need more for their next batch.  Does anyone know how to contact LiitoKala directly?  Outfits like aliexpress want to make it as hard as possible to bypass them.

I have engaged with them a few times on Alibaba https://liitokala.en.alibaba.com/
AFAIK their main B2B website is http://liitokala.com.cn/
Consumer one is http://www.liito-kala.com/


Personally would go via Alibaba until you have a decent relationship..
Note, not actually bought from them directly yet, only via AliExpress.
