Itead $5 service?

Hi guys. Yesterday I've stumbled upon this entry in iteadstudio's blog

They stated that they would be launching 5pcs service for lower PCB sizes too, with 8/8 feature size and no e-test. This post is from 28th Aug 2011 - quite old - but I couldn't find those services in the online store. Do you have any idea if this service went 'live' and if not, then why? I would really be interested in that, because I need 2-3pcs most of the time, so 10pcs in most cases provides my friends with fancy beer coasters
