LCD Display panel/camera

Hi all,
I've got an old camera where the character lcd display is de laminating.
It's 18.5mm x 14.0 mm in size.
Nothing special about this lcd I'm sure. Black characters/numbers against
a green background.
I can provide a sample.
I'd like to know where I could get more of them made. The camera is Japanese made.
It would be helpful to know who makes lcd displays for cameras anyway. The smaller
displays.
