List your assembler

I see lots of people, myself included, looking for a decent, affordable assembler. However, I rarely see responses to posts with first hand experience. I'd like to start a thread where people can put their experiences with assemblers to help out those of us still looking for an assembler. Hopefully we can build up a list of known good assemblers.

Things I'd like to see: board size, component count, # of boards, cost, lead time, failure rate, etc.

I'd like to stay away from posts with "I found XYZ website". Please keep it first hand experience. Also, please keep this to assembly, not fabrication.
