Madell DP2006-2 Pick and Place machine

Hi,

Has anyone had any experience with the Madell DP2006-2 Pick and Place machine. It's a low cost unit with the ability also place paste on the PCB pads.

Any comments or alternative machines in the sub $10k would help.
