Manage inventory of components

Hello,

I am about to get some components from Alibaba suppliers, components are nice according to my needs. mainly just connectors like RCA and DSUB15... cost a lot less than usual. a sample is coming soon.


however, i want to buy in bulk and send to my suppliers as needed since alibaba suppliers are kinda pain to talk to, due to language barrier and slow response sometimes.

I thought of using my account in nextsmartship but support told me stuff need to have individual barcode on each component which is painful.. a suggestion from them is to define the item as one box, and i let my alibaba supplier send say 100 connector in 1 box with a barcode on the box... shipping company will treat it as 1 item with quantity of 1. and i ship the entire box.


I was hoping of a solution better than this if you can... besides the idea of taking the items to me since customs and stuff will be hard.
