Metcal BGA 3500 tech data needed

Need some technical info on Metcal BGA 3500 machine.  I have to machine some missing accessories for 2 machines.
1.  A photo and dimensions of the plate that is installed above the prism.  The plate apparently fits on the 2 pins on the right side of the cavity.  The manuals imply that they are machined to hold the IC prior to the suction pickup.
2.  The manuals indicate that the upper optical calibration plate is to be placed in this same area however the calibration plate shows 2 holes for pins that are diagonal rather than on the right edge.  Note, I have the vice like fixture that hold the IC's.  It fits on the 2 existing pins on the right side.  It would appear that perhaps there is a plate missing that fits over the 2 existing  pins and  contains 2 pins in a diagonal configuration to receive the calibration plate.  Photos of the factory parts would be a big help.
