Convert 3d printer to basic PNP machine

I found (online) some people make add-ons for 3d printer to use it as a PnP machine. Anyone here has any experience?

I would be happy even if it can place just resistor/capacitors (0805/0603). And if some are not placed very precise, can always fix them manually with a toothpick.
