Pse help identify diode....QE1J/ diode in SOD123?

Hi,
Please help i have a SOD123 diode on a PCB...its marked QE1J\.
Any ideas.?
Google doesnt know.

E1J is a 600v fast recovery diode in a SOD-123 package, is the first letter definitely a Q?
