Small quantity prototype PCB production

Hello. I'm trying to locate a place near Miami, Florida (at least somewhere in the south East United States) that can produce small runs (like 1-5) of PCB's. Does anyone know of a place that would do that? All that I've found have minimum order quantities of +100  :-//. Thanks.

I've found a few American companies that offer small runs, but the ones that I know of are not in the southeast.

Why do you want a local manufacturer? If it's to build a close relationship with them, I'm not sure any company would do that for such a small order. If it's that you're hoping for faster delivery, there are companies that will ship overnight. Even from China, you can pay for 3 day delivery.

I've found Accutrace, Advanced Circuits, AP Circuits (Canada, not the US), Bay Area Circuits, Bittele (Canada), ExpressPCB, Omni Circuit Boards (Canada), OSH Park, and Sunstone.

I run PCBShopper.com which is a price-comparison site for PCB manufacturing and assembly. You enter your board's specs and quantity and it shows you prices and delivery times from over two dozen manufacturers. I sell ads on the site, but my "editorial content" (the price comparison calculator) is completely neutral: companies do not pay to be included in the list and the ranking is by price.
