In looking to make dedicated tooling for my mpm stencil printer. We only make 3 different boards and they are the same size panel so I'm planning to make one bit of tooling for them. One board is 0.6 mm and sometimes I have problems with it not being clamped perfectly then sticking to the stencil when it's meant to an snap off.
Has anyone got advice for making dedicated tooling? I'm planning to machine it from aluminum. Should I use any form of gasket? Should I gasket off PTH? Anyone got photos of something that works well for them?
