Where to get custom cables

Hello

What do you do, if your product definitely must include cables (Line, Neutral and Earth)? Do you order them somewhere, with specifications (length, connectors, heat-shrunk/sleeved)? Or do you order separate components for the cable and manufacture them yourself? Tips from around central Europe would be helpful.
