Astonishing machinery hoard

The most machinery/tooling you've ever seen - unbelievable!

Nice collection.  That Hardinge is a great lathe, but it is not not the cherished HLVH.  It also looks like a threaded spindle.  Mine is a decent lathe (Smart & Brown) that looks similar, but it also has a threaded spindle.  That's a real disadvantage when using a chuck (rather than collet as that one has).  It is quite a hairy ordeal to machine in reverse, which is what I am trying to compensate for with my threads on the Mitutoyo  DRO.  He had a lot of tooling, and that can be more important.  Some people neglect that aspect.

I am not really a hoarder, but I am a keeper.  I still have and use some tools I got 70 years ago while in elementary school.  All of my big stuff dates from the mid-1970's.  I do love tools.  :)

I think the same video was posted here on EEVblog a few weeks or months ago. And I was not very impressed by the video. Sure there is a lot of stuff in it, but they do not even try to show any of the capabilities of the machines. It's just some guys waving a camera around and not focusing on anything.

Everything is piled on top of another and nothing is plugged in, not sure how you would show the capability of any of these machines.
