JUKI KE-760 training person needed
« on: April 27, 2022, 04:03:22 am »
Hi, bought used older yet good machine JUKI KE 760L, and some details of how it should be used, programmed, etc are not very clear to me from manuals, ideally I am looking for a training person (paid service), I dont want to spend 4weeks with slow try-and-see , rather I would like somebody to teach me to the best practises, with steapest learning curve.
for example (mainly the PWB editing settings questions now):
- What is and how is used BOC mark
- how is used the centering PIN?
- What is "Hole reference" and how to use it?
- are the PWB coordinates (PWB offset, circuit layout offset) referencning always to machine 0, or to (PCB) Circuit fiducials
- How to measure the Height of pick?manually seems to me very odd.
- How to assemble Multiple (matrix) PCB with outer dimension 250x12mm mounted on LARGE PANEL 510x250mm (beyond machine assembly limits) in 2stages - first half, second half of set of PCBs?
...The manuals I have with it are not very complex in terms of explanation and how to use it.
Thank you for any inputs.
