BMS module for supercapacitors?

I Have 3 super capacitors hooked up in such a way that it would be best to put a BMS on it that has terminal blocks inside of a chassis. The capacitors are 3000F and the charge current is not chosen yet.

What is a good BMS to use? It is for spot welding. I want wires that go to the caps, not the PCB that goes between them, if thats possible
