ask your local sign shop if they have a flat bed UV (ultraviolet) printer. the one that used on souvenirs mugs pens...
the UV printer can print a backlayer (white/black) and top clear coat.

opposite side of glass
back layer will block print
I think they dont have that large printers

Vinyl decals could be cut to that size, would be very cost effective.
